How are you going to reach them?- I will advertise gigs, special offers, and include articles that would be appealing to 16 years olds. Also the magazine will have lots of girly colours in it to appeal to the female target audience. Moreover the magazine will be around £2 so that college students and people who are not very wealthy can still afford it.
