On these female artist's album cover the main colours used are pink, white and purple. I think all of these colours fit the pop genre as they are quite light-hearted fun and girly. Also these colours work very well together and attract a female audience. The music magazine I am going to create is aimed at girls and young women and so I am going to use a colour scheme similar to the one used on these album covers. This is because this will help me to attract my target audience and make my magazine fit in with the pop genre.
